Britt ate some rice pudding today and some purple gatorade, he is getting better everyday with his swallowing and eating. It is still really hard for him, because he has no feeling in his lips, tongue or roof of his mouth, so you could imagine how that would be.
Ledger came with us today to the hospital, and had wheelchair races down the hallways with Britton's nurse. Ledger claims he cheated and cut him off…that's why he lost.
Britt still has a few more weeks left at the hospital, at least we think so! We want him there as long as possible so he can get as much therapy as possible before he comes home. I can't wait to have him home though for good…SLUMBER PARTIES EVERY NIGHT. WOOOHOOOO.
