My brother entered the ICU, ABOUT A WEEK AGOOOOO, WEEK AGO. (those are the song lyrics to the Shmoney dance for you old folk who aren't with the times;) haha

It seems like we have been here for 2 days, the time has seriously flown by. I can't believe it has been a week. and look how far we've come! for real. Look how far my little brother has come. He is doing SO WELL. he has been stable for about 3 days now. and responding well to painful stimulus. Moving his arms and legs, when the doctors perform neuro checks on him. They are starting to take off more and more of the sedation. His chest is looking a little less congested than it has been, which is a good sign. They upped his nutrition, and he is on the fast track back to his 4000 calorie diet;) His ICP, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Oxygen Levels, all of those vitals, have been really consistent!!! We are just happy with where he is at. Slow and steady wins the race ya know.

And to see how much me and my family have grown and learned soooooo much, in just one short week. Is amazing.

He was supposed to be coming up to Salt Lake today to go to the Utah VS Oregon game, cause i had found him a free ticket. I had been soooo excited for him to come up, and just spend some time with him, show him around Salt Lake, and just hang out. PLUS I MEAN HELLO ITS THE GAME OF THE CENTURY.

But i mean, he had some things come up, so it's okay. We can just watch it on the tv at the hospital!
