The Lewis'

We got to visit with the Lewis Family today. Wow, they are so amazing, all of them. It was so good to meet them and talk with them about their experience. For those of you who aren't familiar with Makenzie's story; she was in a similar accident last 4th of July. Mackenzie is such an inspiring young woman. She walked into Britt's room today as healthy and beautiful as ever. She was in a coma for 33 days, and 5 months later she is still making phenomenal progress in physical therapy! Her and her family are so special, and so dear to our hearts. Not a day has gone by, that we haven't thought of her story and the miracle that took place. The testimonies and wise words that her mom and dad have shared with us have helped so much. Just knowing that we have someone to look to for advice and comfort, seeing as to how they know exactly what we are going through. Thank you Makenzie for giving us hope, that our Britt will be able to get through this, just like you:)
